One of the most heard excuses for people not to drink is the morning after and the fear of a massive headache and nausea. Well, it’s all about turning this downside into an upside. We have already given you many recipes for delicious food from all over the world to cure your hangover. But everyone knows that the easiest (and the most fun) way to cure a hangover fast is to start drinking again. That’s why we selected the most effective cocktail recipes for that purpose. So get your shake on and let the party continue. Cheers.

Bloody Mary
60 ml vodka
120 ml tomato juice
2 dashes tabasco juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch celery salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch smoked paprika
2 lime wedges
1 lemon wedge
1 celery stick
Preparation: rub a lime or lemon wedge along the lip of a large cocktail glass and get the celery salt to stick to it. Now set it aside somewhere cool. Now squeeze one lime wedge and the lemon wedge into a shaker. Then add the vodka, tomato juice, tabasco, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and paprika. Fill up the shaker further with ice cubes and shake well. Pour it into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge and a celery stick.

Bartender’s Breakfast
60 ml vodka
120 grams cherry tomatoes
Few basil leaves (to taste)
Pinch of ground coriander
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
Sprinkle of diced chives
Preparation: put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it till it’s well mashed. Now pour into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry tomato and a basil leaf on cocktail stick.

Amber Moon
90 ml whiskey or vodka
1 raw egg
Tabasco
Preparation: Pour the whiskey or vodka in a highball glass. Put in the egg and serve with a spoon and a bottle of tabasco. Add tabasco to taste while you stir.

Hair of the Dog
120 ml Scotch
60 ml honey
60 ml cream
Preparation: shake and pour in a cocktailglass over ice cubes.

Corpse Reviver
20 ml gin
20 ml cointreau
20 ml cocchi americano or lillet blanc
20 ml lemon juice
1 dash absinthe
Preparation: shake in a shaker and pour into a martini glass

Relapse cocktail
60 ml dark rum
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml maple syrup
2 dashes of Hellfire bitters
Preparation: shake in a shaker and serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Screwdriver
60 ml vodka
120 ml orange juice
Preparation: shake in a shaker and serve in a cocktail glass.
