Here’s a funny movie we found on the web. We all know the normal tests to check the blood alcohol concentration. But in Scotland they seem to have their own system, which also seems to be working for them. Just check the movie above.

    • I guess so. Haven’t seen much else from them, but British humor rocks, so I wouldn’t mind seeing more of them.
